“We are thrilled to welcome these outstanding leaders to the TAG Board,” says José Aron-Diaz, President of the TAG Board of Directors. “TAG’s strength lies in its people, and the contributions of these new Board Members will be instrumental in shaping the future of philanthropy.”

In addition to welcoming new board members, TAG is further strengthening its governance by adopting a new committee structure. Five committees have been formed and are chaired by members of the Board of Directors, with other technology and nonprofit professionals serving as members.

“What inspires me the most about the new committees, as well as the new Board Members, is that we are stronger together,” says Katie Niemann, Director of IT and Building Operations at Houston Endowment, and current Board Secretary. “The deep trust we share as TAG members enables us to collaborate effectively, get better at our work, and ‘level up’ our organizations and the communities we serve.”

TAG invites its community to extend a warm welcome to the new board and committee members, whose contributions will be vital to TAG’s continued growth and impact.
