November Meeting: Negotiation Strategies
Successful negotiation often involves finding a balance between assertiveness and cooperation, understanding the needs of both parties and being open to creative solutions that can lead to a win-win outcome. UMB's Shannon Johnson will present on the dynamic process of negotiating, involving communication, compromise and how to find mutually agreeable solutions at work and in our daily lives.
