The TAG Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI) is designed to help cultivate the next generation of technology leaders in philanthropy. Through a series of coaching, mentoring pairing, and educational opportunities, Emerging Leaders are provided with the expertise and skills needed to advance in their careers.
Equity Essentials For Philanthropy Tech
A significant percentage of tech teams do not have any programs or training related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). To address this gap, TAG is piloting a 6-month learning and support series to advance DEI for technology-related staff, teams, vendors, and consultants in philanthropy. This first of its kind program is designed with tech teams in mind, recognizing the often pivotal role that technology systems and staff play in advancing equity.
